I ordered what I thought was a refurbished MacBook Pro from this site. Within 2 weeks it started freezing randomly.

Then, after another week, it got to the point it was freezing every 5 min or even at the login screen. Apple spent 5+ hours with it to help me try to figure out what was wrong with it. By that time, if I jumped through their return instruction hoops and mailed it back, it would've gotten there 1 day after the 30-day guarantee window.

I don't trust that I will see my money or a replacement computer from these people. Go somewhere else for anything you're considering from Gainsaver.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
